فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجْرِى بِأَمْرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ ﴿36﴾
So, We subjected to him the wind; it blew gently by his order whithersoever he willed,
فَسَخَّرْنَا fasakharnā Then We subjected
لَهُ lahu to him
ٱلرِّيحَ l-rīḥa the wind
تَجْرِى tajrī to flow
بِأَمْرِهِۦ bi-amrihi by his command
رُخَآءً rukhāan gently
حَيْثُ ḥaythu wherever
أَصَابَ aṣāba he directed
