Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

76. So let not their words grieve you. Surely, We know what they conceal [68] and what they reveal.

[68] If these people have been so unjust and oppressive in the matter of their Lord and True Benefactor, then you ﷺ should not be grieved by their hostile attitude. Outwardly, they claim that you are a soothsayer, insane, a magician, and that you fabricate lies against Allah. They say these things to others so that, by any means possible, they can suppress Islam and you. Yet, in their private gatherings, these very people would admit and fully understand that the accusations they level against the Messenger of Allah ﷺ are utterly false and baseless. Therefore, you ﷺ should not be distressed or saddened. This false propaganda against the truth will not last long.
