Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

31. (O Prophet!) The Book We have revealed to you is indeed the Truth [36], confirming the Scriptures that came before it. Surely, Allah is All-Aware of His servants and All-Seeing.

[36]
The Meaning of the Quran Being True is to Take Account of the Realities of Life:

It is true because it has been revealed by the Being who created man. No one else can be as aware of human nature as He is. All the commands and instructions of this Book are in accordance with human nature and are based on the interests of all humanity. They are also the guarantors of the welfare of mankind. That Being is fully aware of the nature of His servants and their circumstances. That is why some of His commands are unchangeable and eternal, which were also present in the previous heavenly books. In this regard, this Quran confirms them. And there are also some new commands. Some have also been changed, and all of this is exactly in accordance with the requirements of the circumstances of the servants. Then He also grants concessions to His weak and disabled servants. And He also takes into account allowances in commands according to circumstances, because He is fully aware of the circumstances of all His servants.
