Surah Saba (34) — Ayah 42

فَٱلْيَوْمَ لَا يَمْلِكُ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ نَّفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا وَنَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ ذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ ٱلَّتِى كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ ﴿42﴾
So Today (i.e. the Day of Resurrection), none of you can profit or harm one another. And We shall say to those who did wrong [i.e. worshipped others (like the angels, jinn, prophets, saints, righteous persons) along with Allâh]: "Taste the torment of the Fire which you used to belie.
فَٱلْيَوْمَ fal-yawma But today
لَا not
يَمْلِكُ yamliku possess power
بَعْضُكُمْ baʿḍukum some of you
لِبَعْضٍۢ libaʿḍin on others
نَّفْعًۭا nafʿan to benefit
وَلَا walā and not
ضَرًّۭا ḍarran to harm
وَنَقُولُ wanaqūlu and We will say
لِلَّذِينَ lilladhīna to those
ظَلَمُوا۟ ẓalamū who wronged
ذُوقُوا۟ dhūqū Taste
عَذَابَ ʿadhāba (the) punishment
ٱلنَّارِ l-nāri (of) the Fire
ٱلَّتِى allatī which
كُنتُم kuntum you used
بِهَا bihā to [it]
تُكَذِّبُونَ tukadhibūna deny
