Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

The Hypocrites Taunting the Muslims:

When Banu Qurayzah also became inclined towards breaking their covenant with the Muslims, then for the Muslims, there were enemies everywhere, both inside and outside. In this alarming situation, the hypocrites began to taunt the Muslims themselves, saying that you used to tell us that we would receive the treasures of Caesar and Chosroes, but here the situation is such that even going out to relieve oneself seems life-threatening. In reality, the hypocrites thought that as soon as they claimed faith, angels would descend from the sky and perform the ceremony of their coronation. They would not even have to lift a finger. They did not know that after embracing faith, they would have to pass through severe trials. Mountains of hardships would fall upon them, and they would have to risk their lives. Only then does Allah's help come. However, according to His promise, it certainly does come.
