Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of the night and the day, there are many signs [189] for people of understanding.

[189] That is, when an intelligent person reflects upon the creation of the heavens and the earth, the movement of the sun and the moon, the conditions of the planets, and the strong and coherent system of the alternation of day and night—how all the planets are revolving in the skies according to a fixed speed and a determined law, and there is never even a moment’s difference in their regulation—then he must believe that this entire machinery of the universe can only be in the hand of one All-Powerful and Absolute Sovereign. He, with His great power and authority, has bound every small and great thing of the universe within its own limits. No one has the ability to transgress those limits. If even a single part or any agent of this magnificent workshop were outside the power and control of the Owner of all dominion, then this coherent and stable system of the universe could never remain established.
