سُوْرَةُ اٰلِ عِمْرٰنَ

Surah Aal-i-Imraan (3) — Ayah 116

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَن تُغْنِىَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَـٰدُهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيْـًٔا ۖ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ ۚ هُمْ فِيهَا خَـٰلِدُونَ ﴿116﴾
Surely, those who reject Faith (disbelieve in Allâh and in Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) as being Allâh’s Messenger and in all that which he صلى الله عليه وسلم has brought from Allâh), neither their properties, nor their offspring will avail them aught against Allâh. They are the dwellers of the Fire, therein they will abide.[1] (Tafsir At-Tabarî).
إِنَّ inna Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna those who
كَفَرُوا۟ kafarū disbelieved
لَن lan never
تُغْنِىَ tugh'niya will avail
عَنْهُمْ ʿanhum [for] them
أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ amwāluhum their wealth
وَلَآ walā and not
أَوْلَـٰدُهُم awlāduhum their children
مِّنَ mina against
ٱللَّهِ l-lahi Allah
شَيْـًۭٔا ۖ shayan anything
وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ wa-ulāika and those
أَصْحَـٰبُ aṣḥābu (are the) companions
ٱلنَّارِ ۚ l-nāri (of) the Fire
هُمْ hum they
فِيهَا fīhā in it
خَـٰلِدُونَ khālidūna (will) abide forever
