Surah An-Naml (27) — Ayah 6
وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى ٱلْقُرْءَانَ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ عَلِيمٍ ﴿6﴾

6. And (O Prophet), you are indeed receiving this Qur’an from One who is Wise and All-Knowing [6].

He determines the rights and duties of each one based on this vast knowledge. Then He is also Wise, which means that there is some wisdom inherent in each of His commands, and His commands are based on the welfare of His servants.
