Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

12. And put your hand into your bosom; it will come out shining without any disease. (These two miracles) are among the nine miracles which were for Pharaoh and his people. Surely [12] they were a rebellious people.

[12] Then at the same place, Musa (peace be upon him) was granted the second miracle of the shining hand (Yad-e-Baiza). Its details have already been mentioned at earlier places and will come again later. These two great and clear miracles were among those nine miracles whose mention has already passed in the footnote of verse 101 of Surah Bani Isra'il. Thus, initially, by granting these two great miracles, Musa (peace be upon him) was sent as a Messenger towards Pharaoh and his people, because the people of Pharaoh had created great corruption in their land.
