وَفَعَلْتَ فَعْلَتَكَ ٱلَّتِى فَعَلْتَ وَأَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ﴿19﴾
"And you did your deed, which you did (i.e. the crime of killing a man) while you were one of the ingrates."
وَفَعَلْتَ wafaʿalta And you did
فَعْلَتَكَ faʿlataka your deed
ٱلَّتِى allatī which
فَعَلْتَ faʿalta you did
وَأَنتَ wa-anta and you
مِنَ mina (were) of
ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ l-kāfirīna the ungrateful

And you did that deed which you did, and you are indeed one of the ungrateful [13].

The Dialogue Between Musa (peace be upon him) and Pharaoh:

After hearing the message of Allah, instead of giving any answer to it, Pharaoh began to say exactly what Musa (peace be upon him) had feared beforehand. He said that it was we who raised you in your childhood. Your youth was spent among us. We know you inside out. Then you are also a criminal in our eyes. Now you have staged this claim of prophethood and have come to put pressure on us. You should have been grateful to us, but instead, you have stood up and claimed prophethood and now you are trying to confront us. How can anyone be as ungrateful as you? Some have translated ﴿أَنتَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ﴾ as: "Those whom you are calling disbelievers today, before this claim of prophethood, you yourself were like them (God forbid)." From Pharaoh's conversation, it is also incidentally concluded that this Pharaoh was not the same Pharaoh who had raised Musa (peace be upon him), but rather his son; otherwise, instead of saying "we raised you," he would have said "I raised you." And this detail has already been mentioned earlier.
