Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

And they say, "What sort of messenger is this who eats food and walks in the markets [10]? Why has no angel been sent down with him to warn people [11] together with him?"

[10] This ignorant objection of the disbelievers has also been repeated at several places in the Quran, and that objection is that the Messenger should at least be a superhuman being, who is free from human needs, or at the very least, be among those who are detached from worldly affairs and are ascetics. The answer to this objection has also been given at several places before.
[11] That is, the disbeliever who did not accept the word of this Prophet as true, the angel would frighten, threaten, or beat him severely, so that people would not even dare to reject the Prophet’s call, and in this way, he would have his own following.
