Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

So that We may revive with it a dead land, and give drink [62] to many of the cattle and people We have created.

One Who Attributes Rain to the Movement of Stars is a Disbeliever:

If seawater in its original state is given to crops, the crops wither and are destroyed. And if any living being drinks it, it would tear apart their intestines or at the very least injure them. But when the vapors of this same seawater are transformed into rain, this water proves to be life-giving for all—plants, animals, and humans alike. The fields begin to flourish, and living creatures rejoice and sway with happiness at the arrival of winds even before the rain falls. It is from plants that living creatures obtain their food, and for their drinking, Allah Almighty provides pure and clean water. Except for inanimate objects, there is no creature on this earthly universe whose survival is possible without water.
