Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
And this (Qur’an) is also a blessed reminder [45] which We have sent down. Will you then deny it?
[45] The Attributes of the Quran Compared to the Torah:
And this Quran, which We have revealed to you, O Quraysh, is even more blessed than the Torah. It contains the virtues of all the previous heavenly books, and it also includes the summary of all of them. In addition, everything related to the guidance of mankind has been explained in full detail in it. Thus, this Quran is also a Furqan, a light and illumination, a reminder and an admonition, and a mercy and a source of mercy for people until the Day of Judgment. Yet, if you deny such a blessed book, what doubt can there be in your wretchedness?
