Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

Have they taken other gods besides Allah? Say, "Bring your proof [20]." This (the Quran) is a reminder for those with me and a reminder (the Torah, Gospel, etc.) for those before me. But most of them do not know the truth, so they turn away.

No Revealed Book Can Support Shirk:

The previous two arguments were rational, presented to establish monotheism and refute polytheism. Now a textual argument is mentioned: ask them if they have any textual evidence for the legitimacy of these deities. If so, bring it forth and show it. This Quran is present, which is a revealed book for the people of my time and those who will come after me, and the Torah and the Gospel are also present, which were sources of guidance for the people before me. Show in any of these that Allah has delegated such and such powers to such and such beings. Because it is a rule that if a ruler appoints any deputy, helper, or minister for himself, their record is also kept with him. But the majority of people are so ignorant that they do not even reflect on these matters. They just blindly follow the worn-out path of imitation and adherence.
