Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

42. Now you and your brother, go with My signs, and do not neglect My remembrance [28].

The Benefit of Allah's Remembrance:

Previously, only Sayyiduna Musa (peace be upon him) was told to go to Pharaoh because he had become arrogant. Now, when Sayyiduna Harun (peace be upon him) was also granted prophethood and made his helper, the same instruction was given to both of them, and they were now emphasized not to be negligent in My remembrance, because the remembrance of Allah is the very thing that is the means of success for the people of Allah and the best weapon against the enemy. Through this, the quality of remaining attached to Allah and relying on Him is developed. Then, the strength to endure the hardships that arise in this path with patience and steadfastness is also produced.
