سُوْرَةُ مَرْيَمَ
Surah Maryam (19) — Ayah 86
وَنَسُوقُ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ وِرْدًا ﴿86﴾

And We shall drive the Mujrimûn (polytheists, sinners, criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) to Hell, in a thirsty state (like a thirsty herd driven down to water).

And the criminals will be driven, thirsty [77] (like cattle), towards Hell.

The Meaning of ﴿وَرَدَ﴾:
The meaning of ﴿وَرَدَ﴾ is for a person to go to a place of water, a watering place, a well, or a spring to drink or fetch water (and its opposite is صَدَرَ, which means to return after having taken water or after being satiated with water). The meaning of "wird" is also a watering place and also a thirsty one who is seeking water. These thirsty criminals will be such that, somehow, they will try to reach the watering place, and in their search for water, they will end up at Hell. They will see no other way.
