سُوْرَةُ مَرْيَمَ
Surah Maryam (19) — Ayah 6
يَرِثُنِى وَيَرِثُ مِنْ ءَالِ يَعْقُوبَ ۖ وَٱجْعَلْهُ رَبِّ رَضِيًّا ﴿6﴾

"Who shall inherit me, and inherit (also) the posterity of Ya‘qûb (Jacob) (inheritance of the religious knowledge and Prophethood, not of wealth.). And make him, my Lord, one with whom You are Well-Pleased!"

Here, inheritance refers to the inheritance of religious knowledge, because this is the inheritance of the Prophets. As the Prophet ﷺ said «ان العلماء هم ورثة الانبياء» [بخاري، كتاب العلم، باب العلم قبل القول والعمل]
"Indeed, the scholars are the heirs of the Prophets." Then, I asked that You make this son of mine pleasing to You; this means that his morals and character should be so pure that he is beloved, accepted, and favored in the eyes of all people.
