Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

The Sects Involved in Excess and Negligence Regarding Sayyiduna ‘Isa ؑ, Their Disputes, and Important Points About His Speech in the Cradle:

The reality of the birth of Sayyiduna ‘Isa ؑ is exactly as has been stated here. However, the People of the Book raised many differences and disputes in this matter. The Jews lowered the status of Sayyiduna ‘Isa ؑ so much that, God forbid, they declared him to be illegitimate and even began to present arguments for this. The Christians, on the other hand, elevated his status to such an extent that they declared him to be the very essence of Allah, or some others began to call him the son of Allah and started presenting arguments for such beliefs. Allah Almighty has said that both these groups are involved in excess and negligence and extremism in religion. The actual reality has been stated here. Then, after this reality was clarified, a sect among the Muslims, who are deniers of miracles, also disagreed with this reality and began to say that the birth of Sayyiduna ‘Isa ؑ did not occur miraculously but rather according to the normal natural order, and contrary to the statement of the Quran, they began to seek such arguments by distorting the meaning of the Quran itself. The decision regarding all such people and their disagreements will now be made on the Day of Resurrection. (Regarding the deniers of the miraculous birth of Sayyiduna ‘Isa ؑ, see the footnote of verse 55 of Surah Al ‘Imran.) And the Christians call Allah the father, Sayyidah Maryam the mother, and Sayyiduna ‘Isa the son. But they do not call Sayyidah Maryam the wife of Allah. That is, even after accepting mother and father, the birth of Sayyiduna ‘Isa, according to them, is not in the manner that occurs through parents. Then, if one must accept something extraordinary, what difficulty is there in accepting birth without a father?
