Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

60. The evil example is for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, while to Allah belongs the highest [57] example. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

[57] That is, such lowly attributes can only belong to those wrongdoers who do not believe in the Day of Judgment. Nor do they know that they are going to receive a dreadful punishment for such disgraceful actions. As for Allah, He is free of any need for children. Allah’s Being is far above and beyond their imagination, and for Him, only such examples and attributes can be affirmed that are the highest of the high and loftier than every exalted thing.
