He has forbidden you only Al-Maitah (meat of a dead animal), blood, the flesh of swine, and any animal which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allâh (or has been slaughtered for idols or on which Allâh’s Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering). But if one is forced by necessity, without wilful disobedience, and not transgressing, - then, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

115. He has only forbidden you carrion, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah [118]. But if anyone is compelled by necessity—neither a rebel against the law nor transgressing the limit—then surely Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
