Surah An-Nahl (16) — Ayah 108

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَـٰرِهِمْ ۖ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْغَـٰفِلُونَ ﴿108﴾
They are those upon whose hearts, hearing (ears) and sight (eyes) Allâh has set a seal. And they are the heedless!
أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ulāika Those
ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna (are) the ones
طَبَعَ ṭabaʿa Allah has set a seal
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu Allah has set a seal
عَلَىٰ ʿalā over
قُلُوبِهِمْ qulūbihim their hearts
وَسَمْعِهِمْ wasamʿihim and their hearing
وَأَبْصَـٰرِهِمْ ۖ wa-abṣārihim and their sight
وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ wa-ulāika And those
هُمُ humu they are
ٱلْغَـٰفِلُونَ l-ghāfilūna the heedless
