Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

[6] The False Arguments of the Disbelievers for Not Believing:
Just as the deniers of the truth mock the signs of Allah, sometimes they accuse you ﷺ of fabrication, sometimes they say this is merely sorcery and spellbinding speech. Sometimes they demand a miracle, and sometimes the descent of angels. Sometimes, on the basis of your being human, they deny your prophethood, and sometimes they call you a sorcerer or a madman. All of this is nothing but false arguments to avoid accepting the signs of Allah, and such mockery is not directed at you alone; rather, the deniers of the truth have always done the same with previous messengers. After hearing the signs of Allah, this is all that comes to their minds. One important purpose of revealing such verses is also to console the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and the Muslims, who were facing extremely difficult circumstances. And since this was a long period of thirteen years, the revelation of such verses continued to occur repeatedly from time to time.
