Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

2. From the evil of all that He has created [3].

[3] Everything that exists in the universe has been created by Allah alone, whether those things are living or non-living. And every thing, no matter how beneficial it may be, also has some harm in it. In this verse, there is guidance to seek Allah’s protection from the evil or harmful aspect of everything, whether that evil has already come into existence or there is a danger of some evil arising from it. In this verse, seeking refuge from the evil of everything is mentioned in a general sense. However, in the next three verses, a few specific things are mentioned whose evil is very apparent.
