Surah Hud (11) — Ayah 45

وَنَادَىٰ نُوحٌ رَّبَّهُۥ فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ ٱبْنِى مِنْ أَهْلِى وَإِنَّ وَعْدَكَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَأَنتَ أَحْكَمُ ٱلْحَـٰكِمِينَ ﴿45﴾
And Nûh (Noah) called upon his Lord and said, "O my Lord! Verily, my son is of my family! And certainly, Your Promise is true, and You are the Most Just of the judges."
وَنَادَىٰ wanādā And Nuh called
نُوحٌۭ nūḥun And Nuh called
رَّبَّهُۥ rabbahu (to) his Lord
فَقَالَ faqāla and said
رَبِّ rabbi O my Lord
إِنَّ inna Indeed
ٱبْنِى ib'nī my son
مِنْ min (is) of
أَهْلِى ahlī my family
وَإِنَّ wa-inna and indeed
وَعْدَكَ waʿdaka Your promise
ٱلْحَقُّ l-ḥaqu (is) true
وَأَنتَ wa-anta and You
أَحْكَمُ aḥkamu (are) the Most Just
ٱلْحَـٰكِمِينَ l-ḥākimīna (of) the judges
