So if you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) are in doubt concerning that which We have revealed unto you, [i.e. that your name is written in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], then ask those who are reading the Book [the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] before you. Verily, the truth has come to you from your Lord. So be not of those who doubt (it).

94. Then if you are in doubt about what We have revealed to you of this Book [104], ask those who have been reading the Book (the Torah) before you. Surely, the truth has come to you from your Lord, so do not be among those who doubt.
[104] The Remedy for Doubt is to Inquire from the People of Knowledge:
Apparently, this address is directed towards the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, but in reality, it is meant for other people, and this address is merely for further emphasis. The reason is that every prophet is the first to believe in the divinely revealed revelation, and then he invites others, and doubt and faith are two completely opposite things. How could you ﷺ possibly doubt that which you are inviting the entire world to, and instilling in the hearts of the listeners a conviction stronger than mountains? Now, if anyone develops doubt regarding the revelation sent down by Allah, whether it is truly from Allah or not, the remedy is not that he should remain in doubt, but rather that he should ask those upon whom previous heavenly books were revealed and who also read those books, i.e., the Jews and Christians, and thus remove his doubt. Although the majority of Jews and Christians did not believe in you, there were some just people among them, some of whom accepted faith, and some did not accept it for other reasons. Then, since in principle the teachings of all heavenly books are similar, even among the People of the Book, just people would testify that this is indeed a heavenly book. And the practical proof that neither you nor the Companions had any doubt is that neither you nor the Companions ever asked the People of the Book about this matter.
