Surah Yunus (10) — Ayah 55

أَلَآ إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ أَلَآ إِنَّ وَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿55﴾
No doubt, surely, all that is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Allâh. No doubt, surely, Allâh’s Promise is true. But most of them know not.
أَلَآ alā No doubt
إِنَّ inna indeed
لِلَّهِ lillahi for Allah
مَا (is) whatever
فِى (is) in
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ l-samāwāti the heavens
وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ wal-arḍi and the earth
أَلَآ alā No doubt
إِنَّ inna indeed
وَعْدَ waʿda (the) Promise of Allah
ٱللَّهِ l-lahi (the) Promise of Allah
حَقٌّۭ ḥaqqun (is) true
وَلَـٰكِنَّ walākinna But
أَكْثَرَهُمْ aktharahum most of them
لَا (do) not
يَعْلَمُونَ yaʿlamūna know
