Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

And they ask you, “Is it really true?” Say: By my Lord, it is most certainly true, and you cannot prevent it.

[68] This can refer to everything that the polytheists of Makkah were denying, such as the Quran, the occurrence of Allah's punishment upon them, life after death, and everyone being rewarded or punished according to their deeds, etc. The manner of their questioning itself indicates that they were absolutely unwilling to accept these matters. That is why Allah Almighty instructed His Messenger to say, with full confidence, by swearing an oath by his Lord and making Him a witness, that these matters are such realities that will certainly come to pass, and you can neither prevent them nor can you escape from Allah's grasp of power.
