Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah20) ➊ {اَلَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَ هَاجَرُوْا: ’’ هَاجَرُوْا ‘‘} That is, they left their homes and relatives to save their religion, lives, and wealth.
{ وَ اُولٰٓىِٕكَ هُمُ الْفَآىِٕزُوْنَ:} This verse proves the great virtue of the Muhajirun, among whom are Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali, Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah, Talhah, Zubair, and many other noble Companions, may Allah be pleased with them all. May Allah be pleased with all of them and raise us with them. The Quran itself is bearing witness to their success and honor in the Hereafter. It is clear that those who speak ill of them and curse them are themselves accursed.
