Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 110) {لَا يَزَالُ بُنْيَانُهُمُ الَّذِيْ بَنَوْا رِيْبَةً …: ’’ رِيْبَةً ‘‘} Restlessness, as narrated from Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: [ اَلصِّدْقُ طُمَانِيْنَةٌ وَالْكِذْبُ رِيْبَةٌ ] [ أحمد : 200/1، ح : ۱۷۲۸۔ ترمذی : ۲۵۱۸، و صححہ الألبانی ] "Truth brings tranquility and falsehood brings restlessness." That is, after the demolition of Masjid Dhirar, the hearts of its builders will remain restless because their hypocrisy and disbelief have been exposed; now no Muslim will be ready to truly consider them as their own. Their condition will remain like this until death. This is the meaning of «{ اِلَّاۤ اَنْ تَقَطَّعَ قُلُوْبُهُمْ, neither will their hearts be purified from hypocrisy nor will they attain tranquility.
