كَلَّآ إِذَا دُكَّتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ دَكًّا دَكًّا ﴿21﴾
Nay! When the earth is ground to powder.
كَلَّآ kallā Nay
إِذَا idhā When
دُكَّتِ dukkati is leveled
ٱلْأَرْضُ l-arḍu the earth
دَكًّۭا dakkan pounded
دَكًّۭا dakkan (and) crushed

(Ayah 21) {كَلَّاۤ اِذَا دُكَّتِ الْاَرْضُ دَكًّا دَكًّا:’’ كَلَّاۤ ‘‘} Never! That is, you should never do so; rather, you should keep in mind the time when, with the first blowing of the Trumpet, the earth will be shattered into pieces and turned into a level, barren plain.
