سُوْرَةُ الْبُرُوْجِ
Surah Al-Burooj (85) — Ayah 11
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ لَهُمْ جَنَّـٰتٌ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْكَبِيرُ ﴿11﴾

Verily, those who believe and do righteous good deeds, for them will be Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise). That is the great success.

(Ayah 11){ اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ … :} Here, regarding the glad tidings of Paradise for those who have faith and do righteous deeds, there are two points of relevance: First, if those who persecute the Muslims also come to faith and become righteous in their deeds, then for them too are those gardens beneath which rivers flow. Second, the Muslims who possess faith and righteous deeds and are being thrown into the furnaces of trial should not grieve; this time will pass, and in the Hereafter, those magnificent gardens are prepared for them beneath which rivers flow, and the greatest success is this. The reality is that the thing which keeps the believers steadfast in trials and hardships is Allah’s promise that He will grant them Paradise. How unjust are those people who, under the guise of spirituality, mock Paradise and try to declare it insignificant. For details, see the exegesis of Surah As-Sajdah, Ayah (16).
