(Ayah 18){ وَ الْقَمَرِ اِذَا اتَّسَقَ: ’’ اتَّسَقَ ‘‘} The above-mentioned {’’وَسَقَ‘‘} is from the form of ifti‘āl, meaning to gather, that is, to become the full moon of the fourteenth night.
