ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ٱكْتَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ ﴿2﴾
Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, demand full measure,
ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna Those who
