سُوْرَةُ الْاَنْفَالِ
Surah Al-Anfaal (8) — Ayah 14
ذَٰلِكُمْ فَذُوقُوهُ وَأَنَّ لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ ﴿14﴾

This is (the torment), so taste it; and surely for the disbelievers is the torment of the Fire.

(Ayah 14) {ذٰلِكُمْ فَذُوْقُوْهُ:’’ ذٰلِكُمْ ‘‘ } This is the subject and its predicate is mentioned in the previous verse {’’ الْعِقَابِ ‘‘}, that is, {’’ذٰلِكُمُ الْعَذَابُ فَذُوْقُوْهُ ‘‘} "This is the punishment, so taste it."
