Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 24){ فَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ … :} That is, the time is coming when your Lord will decide between truth and falsehood; you should remain patient while waiting for that time. It can also mean that you should be patient until the command of your Lord comes for jihad, that is, you yourself should continue to act upon Allah’s commands, keep inviting people to Islam, and remain patient in every trial that comes in this path. Do not abandon your actions, beliefs, or its invitation at the saying of anyone who tries to stop you, whether he is a sinner, meaning one who acts badly, or an ungrateful one, meaning one with incorrect beliefs.
