كَلَّآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلتَّرَاقِىَ ﴿26﴾
Nay, when (the soul) reaches to the collar bone (i.e. up to the throat in its exit),
كَلَّآ kallā No

(Ayah 26 to 30) ➊ The subject of {كَلَّاۤ اِذَا بَلَغَتِ التَّرَاقِيَ …: ’’ بَلَغَتْ ‘‘} is {’’ نَفْسٌ‘‘}, which is omitted, meaning when the soul reaches the collarbones. {’’ التَّرَاقِيَ ‘‘ ’’تَرْقُوَةٌ‘‘} is the plural, the upper bone of the chest which is with the throat, the collarbone. {’’ رَاقٍ ‘‘ ’’رَقٰي يَرْقِيْ‘‘} is an active participle from (ض), one who performs Ruqyah. The meaning of {’’ ظَنَّ ‘‘} is to assume, and if after it comes {’’أَنَّ‘‘}, it also comes in the meaning of certainty. {’’ الْمَسَاقُ ‘‘ ’’ سَاقَ يَسُوْقُ سَوْقًا ‘‘} is a verbal noun from (ن), to drive, to move.

{ ’’ كَلَّاۤ ‘‘} No, no, that is, your love for the quickly obtained world and leaving the Hereafter is not at all correct. Before you, how many people have departed from the world, remember their last moments when the soul, after leaving the feet and the whole body, reaches the collarbones, and after being disappointed by traditional healers and doctors, the search for someone to perform Ruqyah begins, hoping perhaps Ruqyah will bring recovery. On the other hand, the patient has lost hope in life and the assumption of death has become strong. Those deeply attached to the world love their lives very much, they do not want to die, and until the last moment they expect to live, so instead of certainty, the word assumption is used, but finally this assumption reaches the level of certainty when the soul leaves the feet. The shins dry up and cling to each other, to the extent that unless someone else straightens the legs, they remain contracted, and finally, the soul that had been drawn from the whole body and reached the throat also leaves the body, and then its departure is towards that Lord Almighty who had first placed that soul in the body.
