عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ ﴿41﴾
To replace them by (others) better than them; and We are not to be outrun.
عَلَىٰٓ ʿalā [On]
