سُوْرَةُ الْاَعْرَافِ
Surah Al-A'raaf (7) — Ayah 186
مَن يُضْلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَلَا هَادِىَ لَهُۥ ۚ وَيَذَرُهُمْ فِى طُغْيَـٰنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ ﴿186﴾

Whomsoever Allâh sends astray, none can guide him; and He lets them wander blindly in their transgressions.

(Ayah 186) {مَنْ يُّضْلِلِ اللّٰهُ فَلَا هَادِيَ لَهٗ …: } Guidance and misguidance are in the hands of Allah, but His law is that He leads astray the one who abandons the clear path of righteousness and chooses the path of evil; then Allah also leaves him to wander in his rebellion. See Surah Al-Baqarah (25, 26) and Surah Al-A'raf (178, 179).
