وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَذْكِرَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿48﴾
And verily, this (Qur’an) is a Reminder for the Muttaqûn (the pious. See V.2:2).
وَإِنَّهُۥ wa-innahu And indeed, it
لَتَذْكِرَةٌۭ latadhkiratun (is) surely a reminder
لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ lil'muttaqīna for the Allah-fearing

(Ayah 48) {وَ اِنَّهٗ لَتَذْكِرَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِيْنَ :} That is, only those who fear Allah will benefit from this admonition.
