فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهَا قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا لَضَآلُّونَ ﴿26﴾
But when they saw the (garden), they said: "Verily, we have gone astray."
فَلَمَّا falammā But when
رَأَوْهَا ra-awhā they saw it
قَالُوٓا۟ qālū they said
إِنَّا innā Indeed, we
لَضَآلُّونَ laḍāllūna (are) surely lost

(Ayah 27,26) {فَلَمَّا رَاَوْهَا قَالُوْۤا اِنَّا لَضَآلُّوْنَ … :} When the garden was no longer visible, at first they thought that they had lost their way, then when it became certain that this barren land is indeed our own garden, they said our fortune has turned against us.
