سُوْرَةُ الْحَدِيْدِ
Surah Al-Hadid (57) — Ayah 5
لَّهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلْأُمُورُ ﴿5﴾

His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. And to Allâh return all the matters (for decision).

(Ayah 5) ➊ { لَهٗ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ:} This phrase appeared in verse (2); it has been brought again for emphasis.
➋ { وَ اِلَى اللّٰهِ تُرْجَعُ الْاُمُوْرُ: ’’ اِلَى اللّٰهِ ‘‘} Bringing it first means that all matters are returned only to Allah, not to anyone else; therefore, He alone will decide all deeds and give their reward or punishment.
