سُوْرَةُ الطُّوْرِ
Surah At-Tur (52) — Ayah 36
أَمْ خَلَقُوا۟ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۚ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَ ﴿36﴾

Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, but they have no firm Belief.
