Surah Adh-Dhaariyat (51) — Ayah 38

وَفِى مُوسَىٰٓ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَـٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَـٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ ﴿38﴾
And in Mûsâ (Moses) (too, there is a sign), when We sent him to Fir‘aun (Pharaoh) with a manifest authority.
وَفِى wafī And in
مُوسَىٰٓ mūsā Musa
إِذْ idh when
أَرْسَلْنَـٰهُ arsalnāhu We sent him
إِلَىٰ ilā to
فِرْعَوْنَ fir'ʿawna Firaun
بِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢ bisul'ṭānin with an authority
مُّبِينٍۢ mubīnin clear

(Ayah 38) {وَ فِيْ مُوْسٰۤى اِذْ اَرْسَلْنٰهُ اِلٰى فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطٰنٍ مُّبِيْنٍ:} That is, besides the town of Lot (peace be upon him), there is also a great lesson in the incident of Moses (peace be upon him) for those who fear the painful punishment, when We sent him with clear miracles, which were clear proofs of his being a messenger of Allah.
