Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 2){ فَالْحٰمِلٰتِ وِقْرًا: ’’ وِقْرًا ‘‘} The tanween on "burden" is for magnification, meaning a heavy burden. This is also a characteristic of the winds: that these winds lift the heavy clouds, weighing billions of tons, formed from the water vapor rising from the sea due to the heat of the sun. The evidence for this is that, in the Arabic language, when attributes are generally connected with the letter "fa" (ف), firstly, all those are attributes of the same described thing, and secondly, there is an order among them. As in Surah Al-Adiyat: « وَ الْعٰدِيٰتِ ضَبْحًا (1) فَالْمُوْرِيٰتِ قَدْحًا (2) فَالْمُغِيْرٰتِ صُبْحًا (3) فَاَثَرْنَ بِهٖ نَقْعًا (4) فَوَسَطْنَ بِهٖ جَمْعًا» [ العادیات : ۱ تا ۵ ] "By those (horses) that run, panting! Then those that strike sparks of fire! Then those that raid at dawn! Then, thereby, raising dust! Then, penetrating into the midst of the large gathering!" Here, the conjunction with "fa" shows that all these and the attributes mentioned in the following verses are all characteristics of the winds.
