سُوْرَةُ الْفَتْحِ
Surah Al-Fath (48) — Ayah 13
وَمَن لَّمْ يُؤْمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ فَإِنَّآ أَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ سَعِيرًا ﴿13﴾

And whosoever does not believe in Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), then verily, We have prepared for the disbelievers a blazing Fire.

(Ayah 13) {وَ مَنْ لَّمْ يُؤْمِنْۢ بِاللّٰهِ وَ رَسُوْلِهٖ … :} From this it is understood that a person who harbors evil thoughts about Allah and His Messenger, and despite being a Muslim, is pleased at the harm of Muslims and at saving his own life, is not a believer but a disbeliever. And Allah Almighty has prepared a blazing fire for such disbelievers. It is a separate matter that, due to uttering the declaration of Islam and living among Muslims as a Muslim, they will be considered Muslims in worldly rulings, but in the Hereafter, a punishment even more severe than that for open disbelievers has been prepared for them. It is stated: « اِنَّ الْمُنٰفِقِيْنَ فِي الدَّرْكِ الْاَسْفَلِ مِنَ النَّارِ » [ النساء : ۱۴۵ ] "Indeed, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of the Fire."
