سُوْرَةُ الدُّخَانِ
Surah Ad-Dukhaan (44) — Ayah 8
لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۖ رَبُّكُمْ وَرَبُّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ﴿8﴾

Lâ ilaha illâ Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). It is He Who gives life and causes death - your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers.

(Ayah 8) ➊ {لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ:} This is the result of the previous verse: when Allah Almighty is the Owner and Lord of the heavens, the earth, and the entire universe, then He alone should be worshipped.
➋ { يُحْيٖ وَ يُمِيْتُ رَبُّكُمْ وَ رَبُّ اٰبَآىِٕكُمُ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ:} These two sentences are stated to further emphasize the oneness of Allah Almighty as the only deity: worship only Him who gives life and causes death, and who is your Lord and the Lord of your earlier forefathers.
