رَحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ﴿6﴾
(As) a Mercy from your Lord. Verily, He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.

(Ayah 6) ➊ {رَحْمَةً مِّنْ رَّبِّكَ:} is the object of reason (maf'ul lahu) of {’’ مُرْسِلِيْنَ ‘‘}. That is, it was because of the mercy of your Lord that We were to send the Messenger and reveal the Book. The phrase "the mercy of your Lord" instead of "Our mercy" is to express the honor of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), otherwise Allah Almighty is not only your Lord but the Lord of the entire universe, as this is mentioned ahead: « رَبِّ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ وَ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا اِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّوْقِنِيْنَ » "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, if you are among those who are certain." In {’’ رَحْمَةً مِّنْ رَّبِّكَ ‘‘}, the word {’’رَبٌّ‘‘} means that this mercy upon the servants is a requirement of Our being their Lord, because {’’رَبٌّ‘‘} does not mean that only the physical nourishment of the servants should be arranged and not their spiritual nourishment, rather they should be left wandering in misguidance.

{ اِنَّهٗ هُوَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ: ’’إِنَّ‘‘} is used to state the reason for the previous sentence, that is, We sent the Messenger because your Lord was All-Hearing and All-Knowing of how the polytheists were worshipping idols and false deities, the leaders of disbelief were leading people astray, and the powerful were oppressing the weak. Besides this, He knew and heard all the words, actions, and intentions of the people, therefore He sent Messengers for their reformation.
