Surah Az-Zukhruf (43) — Ayah 43

فَٱسْتَمْسِكْ بِٱلَّذِىٓ أُوحِىَ إِلَيْكَ ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ ﴿43﴾
So hold you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) fast to that which is revealed to you. Verily you are on the Straight Path.
فَٱسْتَمْسِكْ fa-is'tamsik So hold fast
بِٱلَّذِىٓ bi-alladhī to that which
أُوحِىَ ūḥiya is revealed
إِلَيْكَ ۖ ilayka to you
إِنَّكَ innaka Indeed, you
عَلَىٰ ʿalā (are) on
صِرَٰطٍۢ ṣirāṭin a Path
مُّسْتَقِيمٍۢ mus'taqīmin Straight

(Ayah 43) {فَاسْتَمْسِكْ بِالَّذِيْۤ اُوْحِيَ اِلَيْكَ … :} That is, you should not be disheartened by the opposition of these disbelievers; it is sufficient for you to be assured that you are on the path of truth, therefore, continue the work of invitation without worrying about the results and adhere to it fully yourself.
