سُوْرَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ
Surah Ghafir (40) — Ayah 42
تَدْعُونَنِى لِأَكْفُرَ بِٱللَّهِ وَأُشْرِكَ بِهِۦ مَا لَيْسَ لِى بِهِۦ عِلْمٌ وَأَنَا۠ أَدْعُوكُمْ إِلَى ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْغَفَّـٰرِ ﴿42﴾

"You invite me to disbelieve in Allâh (and in His Oneness), and to join partners in worship with Him of which I have no knowledge; and I invite you to the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving!

(Ayah 42) ➊ {تَدْعُوْنَنِيْ لِاَكْفُرَ بِاللّٰهِ … :} That is, I have believed in Allah and I have certain knowledge that He has no partner, and you are inviting me to disbelieve in Allah and to associate with Him those beings of whom I have no knowledge. The meaning of having no knowledge is that they do not exist anywhere, so how can I blindly accept such beings.
➋ { وَ اَنَا اَدْعُوْكُمْ اِلَى الْعَزِيْزِ الْغَفَّارِ:} And I invite you to that Exalted Being who is dominant over all; no one can escape His grasp. Despite this, He is not oppressive or tyrannical, rather He greatly conceals the sins of His obedient servants and forgives them, therefore He alone is worthy of worship.
➋ { وَ اَنَا اَدْعُوْكُمْ اِلَى الْعَزِيْزِ الْغَفَّارِ:} And I invite you to that Exalted Being who is dominant over all; no one can escape His grasp.
