سُوْرَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ
Surah Ghafir (40) — Ayah 20
وَٱللَّهُ يَقْضِى بِٱلْحَقِّ ۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦ لَا يَقْضُونَ بِشَىْءٍ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْبَصِيرُ ﴿20﴾

And Allâh judges with truth, while those to whom they invoke besides Him, cannot judge anything. Certainly, Allâh! He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer.

(Ayah 20) {وَ اللّٰهُ يَقْضِيْ بِالْحَقِّ …:} That is, Allah Almighty is aware even of the treachery of the eyes and the secrets of the hearts, therefore He alone can and will judge with truth. Those whom these people call upon besides Him have neither any authority nor any knowledge of anyone’s condition, because they neither hear nor see. Matters of the heart are extremely hidden, so far from judging with truth, they cannot make any kind of judgment at all. Whereas Allah Almighty is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing, the Knower and Aware of the most hidden matters, and the Owner of all authority, therefore call upon Him alone and worship Him alone.
